THE Lusaka High Court will on November 6,2023, hear the matter in which 52 N’gombe residents have sued a Lusaka businessman, David Nkonde and two others in the Lusaka High Court claiming K92 million as compensation for the demolition of their structures on Forest Reserve 28.
