PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema should reverse the appointment of Dr Roy Mwambwa as Zambia’s Auditor General and apologise to Zambians for having breached the Constitution for appointing a man who is constitutionally barred as the Auditor General, Chishimba Kambwili has advised.
