LUSAKA Magistrate Court has heard how President Hakainde Hichilema’s political advisor, Mr. Levy Ngoma called a legal Counsel to talk to Patriotic front (PF) Lusangazi aspiring candidate to help him on how he could discontinue or withdraw the matter from court.
