A FERTILISER crisis for the 2023/2024 farming season is looming as Government has reportedly awarded contracts to supply and deliver Urea fertilizer to some players that do not have ready stock of the commodity at a negotiated flat rate of US$850 per 50Kg bag, sources close to the transactions have disclosed.
