By MILLENNIUM REPORTERVICE-PRESIDENT Mutale Nalumango has disclosed that some individuals within the government did not adhere to President Hakainde Hichilema‘s directive not to buy expensive vehicles and went ahead to purchase luxurious Toyota VX Land Cruisers for themselves.Ms Nalumango told Parliament during the 45 minutes Vice-President’s question time that the United Party for National Development (UPND) campaigned on the basis that under its administration, Government would use vehicles that are not expensive to acquire and maintain.“Colleagues, this is the way the President (Mr Hichilema) gave the directive that nobody purchases but we have a system and the system of Government moves too slowly.
