Minister of Finance and National Planning, Dr. Situmbeko Musokotwane has told the Economic and Financial Crimes Court that he is not related to the alleged owner of the 48 houses now (51) Mr. Charles Mukomena Loyana and does not own any of the houses in Chalala area Lusaka.
