Kalaba calls for sobriety among leaders

By NATION REPORTERCITIZENS First president, Harry Kalaba has called for sobriety among politicians and has expressed concern about the recent public feuds between national leaders.Mr Kalaba said the country wanted to see leaders engaging in national development instead of finger-pointing and bickering.He said it was unfortunate to see leaders demeaning each other in public as was seen in the recent past when leaders were exchanging words in public.“As Citizens First, we want to see leaders desisting from finger-pointing but focusing on issues of national development,” he said. Mr Kalaba implored President Hakainde Hichilema and his predecessor,  Edgar Lungu to desist from bickering in public.And Golden Party of Zambia president, Jackson Silavwe said both President Hichilema and Mr Lungu were wrong in the manner they were approaching each other.He said Mr Hichilema and Mr Lungu should meet and discuss in private away from their supporters.
