By BEATRICE MWILAMBWETHE ruling United Party for National Development (UPND) has accused opposition political parties of allegedly inciting Zambians to rise against the new dawn administration.Lusaka Province youth chairperson, Anderson Banda said in an interview that it was sad that the opposition had failed to provide effective checks and balances to the new dawn administration and had now resorted to causing confusion in the country.“Harry Kalaba [Citizens First president] is a jealous man, he is a jealous politician, he is bitter, he is envious of what the UPND government has achieved so far.
