COURT bailiffs have seized two posh motor vehicles from former Kasama Central member of Parliament Kelvin Sampa in a matter he has lost in the Court of Appeal against the High Court’s order for him to repay K1.4 million he got from a Tanzanian businessman and his company on the pretext of facilitating release of their beer laden trucks impounded by the Zambia Revenue Authority (ZRA).Last Thursday the bailiffs pounced on Mr. Sampa, who is also former Patriotic Front (PF) national youth chairman turned UPND strong supporter, at his residence where they seized the two vehicles following his alleged failure to refund K1.2 million of the K1.4 million he owes Mbaruku Trading Limited and its director Salehe Sengulo.
