By SANFROSSA MANYINDATHE United Party for National Development (UPND) has challenged Government and the ruling party to respect Covid-19 guide-lines as they continue with party mobilisation programmes to avoid the second wave of the virus.UPND spokesperson, Charles Kakoma, told the Daily Nation in Kitwe that the PF had been gathering in large numbers without observing health guidelines.Mr Kakoma said that almost all the people that attend mobilisation programmes were spotted without face masks and not observing social distancing. “This is very dangerous and a big risk because we may experience the second wave of the virus as a country.
