By JOHN KOMBEGOVERNMENT should speed up the cultivation of cannabis to address the high employment levels in the country, the Zambian Hemp Growers and Industries Association (ZamHemp) has said.ZamHemp president, Peter Sinkamba made the observation in an interview yesterday.
