By GRACE CHAILE LESOETSAOUTSPOKEN Ministry of Information and Media director Thabo Kawana, has petitioned the Lusaka High Court to dissolve his six-year-old marriage to Ilyamupu Mushota Kawana.Mr Kawana said that he and his wife, an immigration officer, were lawfully married on June 20, 2015, at St. Ignatius Church in Lusaka.He said that they have two children aged 10 and six between them. Mr Kawana said that they last lived together on September 18, 2018, hence, they have lived apart for a continuous period of at least two years preceding the filing of the divorce petition, which the wife has consented to.“That the said marriage be dissolved and that the respondent (Ms Mushota) be granted custody of the children of the family,” he prayed.
