By SIMON MUNTEMBAPRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema has fired Drug Enforcement Commission (DEC) Director General, Musonda Simwayi, and replaced him with Mary Chirwa.In a statement by Presidential spokesperson Anthony Bwalya, President Hichilema thanked Dr Simwayi for the services rendered to the country and wished him well in his future endeavors.The President noted that Ms. Chirwa brings a wealth of experience to the institution in areas of financial analysis and investigation.Mr Hichilema has since wished Ms Chirwa God’s blessings in her new role.
