By LUCY PHIRIA 17 Year old boy of Shamwenda Village has been nabbed for stealing one packet of sweets and other assorted goods all valued at K3,396 property of Janet Phiri.Appearing in the Lusaka magistrate court before Annie Hollands was a Juvenile accused of breaking into a building and committing a felony therein contrary to section 303(a) of the Penal Code Chapter 87 of the Laws of Zambia.It is alleged that on 24 October, 2021 in Lusaka District, a named Juvenile did break and enter into a building namely, Janet Phiri’s and did steal therein.The Juvenile stole nine cases of biscuits, two packets of bubble gums, one pocket of sweets, one pocket of giggies, one pocket of puffs, one box of razor blades, one box of super dip, one brick of Cigarettes and 20 pairs of socks all valued at K3, 396 the property of the said Janet Phiri.The matter was adjourned to a later date for the social […]
