The cost of road constructionDear Editor,GREETINGS to all, new national debate: “our cost for road construction was US$1m per km and we admit that we were thieves, but your cost is now at US$1.8m per km and so what should we call you?”In one of our local languages, there is a saying, “monkeys laugh at each other’s butts.” These people are one and the same.The recycled elements simply walk into Government with a mindset of “how will our eating be different from the ones the people have rejected?”The rejected ones also say, “How shall we show that we were better thieves so that we can bounce back?”This is the reality in our nation.
