BY ADRIAN MWANZATHE 99 percent poor results at the Zambia Institute of Legal Education (ZIALE) is too serious to ignore and there is need for Government to set up a commission of inquiry to look into this matter, former Justice Minister Wynter Kabimba has demanded.Mr Kabimba, who is also Economic Front Secretary General said it was unrealistic to blame the students for the continued poor results at ZIALE when they were coming from the best higher learning institution in the country where only the best were selected.
