ONE person has died while three others have sustained injuries after a 58-year-old retired Zambia Army serviceman went on rampage and opened fire at a crowd at 10-Miles market in Katuba.According to an eye witness, the ex-soldier identified as Chrispine Mwansa was driving in a drunken state and almost hit a female trader.He came out of the car and slapped the woman.
