By JOHN KOMBEChongwe municipal council mayor, Christopher Habeenzu has donated a wheelchair to an eleven year old disabled girl, Chikondi Mulenga of Madido ward in Chongwe.Speaking during the handover, Mr. Habeenzu said that he was pleased to provide assistance to the needy in society. He also thanked a faith based organization, Campus for Christ Crusade-Zambia for facilitating the procurement of the wheelchair.He was delighted that Campus Crusade for Christ Crusade-Zambia for their collaborative efforts to assist the child. He pointed out that the wheelchair would help the child whose parents were unable to procure a wheelchair.He said that the donation of the wheelchair was donated after the area councilor, Janet Chisenga presented the request to his office.He further highlighted the importance of helping children in circumstances of this magnitude to achieve their dreams in any small way possible.
