By ADRIAN MWANZAWe are waiting for our legal department to finalise modalities in the Faith Musonda case for us to start legal proceedings against her, Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) Spokesperson Queen Chibwe has said.Uncertainty has gripped Ms Musonda and her legal team after they being left in the dark as to when she would appear in court following her arrest on Tuesday and again rearrested the following hours after managing to get a bond which was overturned as result of instructions from higher authorities.Ms Chibwe said that they had not yet set the date for Ms Musonda to appear in court because they were waiting for the lawyers who were working round the clock to conclude with the case.She said she could not divulge further details about the matter because the legal team was still working on the case.She said the legal department were the ones that would determine when Ms Musonda would appear in court.“Legal […]
