NRFA CHALLENGES ENGINEERS ON QUALITY WORKS(ZANIS) National Road Fund Agency -NRFA- Chief Executive Officer, WALLACE MUMBA, has challenged engineers in the country to ensure quality of projects at a reasonable cost.Officially opening a six day capacity building workshop for engineers from local authorities in Kabwe, Mr. MUMBA said quality of projects and capacities by the councils are among the teething issues.He said the demand for roads is huge because of the country’s geographical location and engineers should ensure roads withstand the test of time.Mr. MUMBA urged engineers to take responsibility and realise that Zambian people have entrusted them to hold those offices at the expense of other equally qualified citizens.JOSHUA JERENOVEMBER 9, 2021012800
