Dr KOROMA AND FORMER PRESIDENT BANDA CONFERHead of the Africa Union Election Observation Mission to Zambia for the August 12 elections, Dr Ernest Bai Koroma has handed over a copy of the final AU Report on the August 12 elections to former President Rupiah Banda at his residence.Dr Koroma, who is also for president of Sierra Leone, is in the country to hold a series of meetings with electoral stakeholders among them opposition political parties and the Electoral Commission of Zambia (ECZ).President Koroma briefed President Banda on the observations of the AU mission on the post electoral process in Zambia.He praised President Banda for the pivotal role he played and continues to play in the smooth and peaceful transition that the country is undergoing.
