By NATION REPORTERKANCHIBIYA Constituency Member of Parliament Sunday Chanda is optimistic his constituency will come out strong should most of the pronouncements in the 2022 Budget be implemented.Adding his voice to review the K173 Billion worth, National Budget presented by Minister of Finance, Situmbeko Musokotwane last week, Mr Chanda, who is under the Patriotic Front (PF), said he is particularly happy with the increased CDF allocation to each constituency be-cause this will spell out a lot of development for rural constituencies like his area.“Increasing CDF from K1.6 million to K25.7 million is a good move to help transform constituencies.
