We concluded the matter on 30th October 2021 and we are waiting for judgement which has been scheduled for 26th November 2021.Today I have been summoned at the Chinsali Central Police Station where I have been arrested and jointly charged with the Chinsali Mayor – Lucy Mukuka, the Deputy Mayor for Chinsali – Lameck Bwalya and our supporter – Mutale Kennedy Bashi Kelvin, in the matter in which we have been accused of having assaulted Lewis Bwalya and was reported on 10th June 2021 as shown in the screenshot of the Police Occurance Book (OB) herewith attached.”SmartEagles2021
