By KETRA KALUNGA CAPACITATE the local authorities to ensure the K25. 7 billion allocated to each constituency under the constituency development fund (CDF) in the 2022 national budget will be properly accounted for, former Forum For Democracy and Development (FDD) vice president and Lusaka based lawyer, Chifumu Banda has said. Mr Banda said in an interview that the government as a matter of urgency should deploy experienced public officers to take charge of the process of CDF allocation to ensure transparency and accountability in the utilization of CDF.
