President Hakainde Hichilema says he is hopeful that the shared commitment to democracy between Zambia and the United States of America will result in improved social protection for all citizens.During his meeting with Congresswoman Karen Bass on Friday at Capitol Hill, President Hichilema highlighted Zambia’s commitment to a green economy.President Hichilema singled out investment in smart energy solutions for rural communities as a key area for development cooperation.
