By ADRIAN MWANZATHE suspension of the debt swap by the UPND government will burden civil servants with financial stress, PF member Chishimba Kambwili has said.Mr Kambwili challenged the new regime to state in whose interest it was acting when scrapping debt, which would highly affect the civil servants.He said in an interview that the stance would have a huge impact on the welfare of civil servants in the country.
