By JOHN KOMBESENIOR Chieftainess Nkomeshya has appealed to the UPND government to fulfil its campaign promises and actualise the slogan of “without leaving anyone behind.” She observed that many youths and citizens voted for the UPND because they felt left out of many government programmes such as youth empowerment under the previous PF administration The traditional leader made the call during the official opening of Choppies supermarket store in Chongwe yesterday.She therefore urged the UPND government to make the “without leaving anyone behind” slogan a reality for all.
