By SIMON MUNTEMBA NINE people have been arrested by the Drug Enforcement Commission (DEC) for allegedly trafficking in over 22 kilograms of cannabis and being in possession of counterfeit notes.DEC public relations officer Mathias Kamanga said that nine people were arrested in separate incidents across the country for trafficking in cannabis contrary to the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act 35 of 2021.Mr Kamanga said in a statement that the commission in Central Province arrested 35 year old Hendricks Mwape of Kampekete in Chibombo for trafficking in 10.79 Kilograms of cannabis.
