Former Justice Minister Given Lubinda said President Lungu has shown true national leadership.Mr Lubinda was speaking after President Lungu toured Bauleni, Kalingalinga and Mtendere under the rules stipulated by the Electoral Commission of Zambia (ECZ) due to covid that has claimed hundreds of Zambian lives.“A true leader like President Lungu leads by example by giving out hand sanitizers and masks during his visits,” Mr Lubinda said, “a real leader strives to protect his subjects not kill them in order to assume the top most public office.
