By SIMON MUNTEMBATHE Drug Enforcement Commission (DEC) has arrested 10 people in Southern, Western, Muchinga, Central and Eastern Provinces for allegedly trafficking in illicit drugs.DEC public relations officer, Mathias Kamanga who confirmed the development in a statement said the 10 suspects were arrested for trafficking in illicit drugs contrary to the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act 35 of 2021 of the Laws of Zambia.Mr Kamanga said in Southern Province, the Commission arrested Rodney Maseka, a male aged 23 of Zambia Compound in Choma District for trafficking in four sachets of heroin and 13.8 Grams of loose cannabis.
