By ROGERS KALEROA 27-YEAR-OLD suspected serial killer charged with 14 counts of murder and rape has been committed to the Kitwe High Court.Miguel Musonda, of Nkandabwe Township in Kitwe, has been committed to the High Court by the Kitwe Magistrate Court.Musonda was appearing before Magistrate Chongo Musonda charged with 11 counts of murder and three rape cases, but would now appear before the High Court which has jurisdiction of the capital offences.When the matter came up for mention, Musonda was told that all the 14 counts he was charged with were triable in the higher court.In the first count, Musonda is alleged to have killed Agnes Mwansa between March 19 and 22 this year while in count two he is alleged to have raped the same woman.Musonda in the third count is alleged to have killed Ms Sylvia Mukosha between March 16 and 21 this year while in the fourth count he is charged with […]
