By GIDEON NYENDWATEN cooperatives have been created to spearhead the implementation of the cannabis policy in the country once it is fully sanctioned.All the 10 provinces will have at least one company each.Zambia Hemp Growers and Industries Association (Zamhemp) chairperson, Peter Sinkamba, said the association had formed the 10 special purpose vehicles to lead the implementation of the cannabis policy programme countrywide.“There is one company per province which has been assigned to coordinate the implementation process.
