By GRACE CHAILE LESOETSAALL People’s Congress Party (APC) leader Nason Msoni has threatened to institute legal proceedings in the London Courts of Justice against the Electoral Commission of Zambia (ECZ), should it fail to refund him the K95, 000 he paid as Presidential nomination fees by Friday.Mr Msoni said ECZ should not hide in the veil of non-refundable and not transferable when they failed to provide the service which led to his failure to file nomination. He emphasised that he had no personal issues with the Commission but he cannot allow them to have it both ways: to frustrate the filing of nomination and also to distort money.ECZ Public Relations manager Patricia Luhanga said nomination fees are non-refundable and not transferable.SUBSCRIBE TO READ STORY:[maxbutton id=”1″]
