By KETRA KALUNGAWE will ensure that Kabwe Municipal Council gets back its lost glory if voted as Mayor, the United Party for National Development (UPND) aspiring candidate for mayor, Garry Domingo has said.Mr Domingo said he would ensure that the council was once again profitable through an enhanced revenue base.He said in an interview that once voted as mayor he would get to the bottom of the perpetual challenges in the council and revolve them immediately.“When I come into the council once the people vote me as mayor, I will ensure that the council is successful once again,” he said.Mr Domingo said it was the duty of the local authority to deliver services to the people which they rightly deserved.He was confident of scooping the seat because he had the support of the people.
