By ROGERS KALEROKWACHA Member of Parliament Joe Malanji has paid school fees for more than 300 vulnerable children in his constituency, Kitwe District Education Board Secretary (DEBS) Chrispin Nyungila has confirmed.Mr Malanji has also paid tuition fees for a number of vulnerable children in tertiary institutions as a way of helping them access education.Mr Nyungila said Mr Malanji had again come to aid of vulnerable by paying school fees for more than 300 vulnerable children.n“I can confirm that Mr Malanji has paid school fees for more than 300 vulnerable children in his constituency.
