By NATION REPORTERNAPSA has temporarily closed its Kafue offices and ordered staff to go on self-quarantine for the next 14 days following revelations that one of the clients that was attended to at the Kafue offices had visited the funeral house of Kennedy Mweemba who passed away from Covid-19 last week.NAPSA director human resource and administration, Betty Meleki said the Ministry of Health had confirmed that samples taken from the deceased tested positive to Covid-19.Ms Meleki said in view of the closure, all staff at Kafue Office had been requested to self-quarantine for the next 14 days with immediate effect.She said in a notice that communication on the temporary closure of the office would be made to the public.“Management wishes to remind all staff to take precautionary measures against the Covid-19 pandemic in line with what has regularly been shared, as well as taking heed of the Government’s directives on maintaining social distance, the wearing […]
