By MICHAEL MIYOBAMINISTER of Sports Youth and Child Development says signing national team’s coach Milutin Micho Sredojevic’s contract is not his responsibility.Speaking during a press briefing on Saturday, Mulenga said Micho’s contract can only be signed by the implementing officer.Mulenga said he would be crossing the line if he was to get involved with the signing of Micho’s contract because his duties as Minister of Sports entailed implementing policies.He stated that as a bureaucratic leader, he operated by the regulations and laws put in place.“A minister does not sign on any contract that is under the law.
