Mr Kapoma said President Edgar Lungu has touched on important aspects of the country’s economy, thereby giving hope to many Zambians.He said in an interview yesterday that the manifesto has given people an understanding of where the country would be in the next five years in terms of development. Mr Kapoma observed that the manifesto would address the challenges that the country has been facing. “The manifesto has explained clearly how the borrowed money has been used.This gives encouragement to the citizens. “The manifesto is full of practical strategies and once implemented the country will be headed in the right direction.
