By SIMON MUNTEMBANOW that the Cyber Security and Cyber Crimes Bill is law, the Minister of Home Affairs should quickly set up the Cyber Security Authority and inspectors to ensure effective implementation of the law to help bring sanity to the cyber space, the Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI) has said. Welcoming the assenting into law the Cyber Security and Cyber Bill of 2021 by President Edgar Lungu, YALI president, Andrew Ntewewe said he was looking forward to the establishment of the Cyber Security Authority and appointment of inspectors who will help bring sanity to the Cyber space.
