By FRANCIS CHIPALOZZAMBIANS should reject leaders that have overstayed in their positions, the Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI) has said.And YALI has disclosed that young people aspirng for leadership positions are being threatened of being bewitched by elder leaders.Speaking in an interview in Lusaka yesterday, YALI President Andrew Ntewewe said his organisation was happy that Kabwata MP Given Lubinda had decided not to recontest the seat.Mr Ntewewe said there must be entry and exit mechanism in leadership so that there was a smooth transition.“From a YALI’s point of view, we commend Hon Lubinda for his decision not to recontest the Kabwata seat in this year’s election.
