This is in a case in which Faides Daka of Kanyama compound sued her husband, Robson Phiri for divorce. The two got married in 2000 and have two children. Daka told Senior Court Magistrates Abbyshine Michelo and Esther Mulomba at Kanyama Local Court that she sued Phiri for divorce because he couldn’t perform in bed. She explained that Phiri has not been making love to her for more than three years now. “I told Phiri’s brother who asked him and he admitted but to my surprise he has a girlfriend he talks to on phone.
