Mr Morgan Chumbi said patching of potholes did not present a good idea because the soil used in the process easily got washed away by rains forcing RDA to revisit the road on many occasions. Speaking in an interview with the Daily Nation, Mr Chumbi said that what RDA was doing was a sheer waste of time and resources, adding that the potholes that were being worked on had not improved the flow of traffic on the road but had done the opposite. “The road is very bad but the RDA is not doing its job professionally.
