Mr Chanda said he had carefully listened to the recording of what President Lungu had said, adding that the Head of State was only encouraging PF members to work hard for the betterment of the nation not to reap where they did not sow. He said President Lungu despised corruption and stealing of public resources as he had been on record warning culprits of stiffer consequences.
