Wed, 21 Feb 2018 08:06:43 +0000 LUMUMBA ROAD REPAIRS Dear Editor I AM wondering why the Road Development Agency has allowed Lumumba Road to deteriorate to a level where the gullies on the road are now life threatening. Surely as a major trunk rout carrying heavy traffic through Lusaka, some effort should be made to remedy and rectify any damage that could create a danger to life and property. At the moment this road is a danger to both and it will not be long before you hear of a major accident caused by a driver who may not be familiar with the dangers posed by the huge potholes that have now invaded the road. The potholes are huge and certainly endanger trucks carrying containers which not be properly secures. This is not to mention small cars that are totally vulnerable to serious damage.
