Dr Mulwanda said Government has also enacted deliberate policies aimed at relaxing conditions that previously restricted government access to sexual reproductive and HIV services among young people. Dr Mulwanda said government has made significant progress in realigning its health provision services to the agenda 2030. Dr Mulwanda said this during United Nations round table discussion on sexual reproductive health and HIV conference held at the convention centre in Sandton Johannesburg, South Africa over the weekend.
