Mr Kaziya, who is Matero Member of Parliament, had his contract terminated as Minister of Water Development, Sanitation and Environmental Protection by President Lungu on Wednesday. In a statement, CAPIZ founder, Gregory Chileshe, said it was unfortunate that Mr Kaziya had been spending little time in his constituency. Evangelist Chileshe said residents of Matero had been complaining about their MP and hoped that he would find ample time to spearhead development projects in the area.
