Ms Moyo expressed happiness with the presence of ZAF officers in her ward, saying the move had made residents to come out in large numbers and clean the surroundings to avert the possible spread of cholera. Mr Moyo told the Daily Nation in an interview yesterday that the community was doing its clean-up exercise which she described as fruitful. “I am happy that with the presence of ZAF officers in Chainda Ward, residents are voluntarily doing the cleaning on their own unlike previously when there was apathy among residents because the exercise was only supervised by a councillor.
