The matter was initially scheduled to come up before Lusaka Magistrate David Simusamba but who was engaged with other commitments. In this matter it is alleged that Dr Mumba unlawfully accessed the ZNBC premises upon lying to an officer that he had an appointment with the news editor when in fact not. Mumba in this case had pleaded not guilty. Last year the court found him with a case to answer and initially put him on his defence.
