The fracas follows Apostle Chibeshi’s meeting with some residents whose houses were flooded because of the heavy rain experienced in Kitwe this week. The incident happened in Luangwa Township’s Humanism section area where Apostle Chibeshi had left his vehicle by the roadside after two suspected PF ward members blocked it. The suspected PF ward members told him that he had no right to speak to the affected residents. Apostle Chibeshi said after he tried to reason with the suspected PF members, they instead hurled insults at him much to the surprise of the residents.
