Mr Lifwekelo urged Mr Kanganja to investigate perceived corruption allegations in the police service. He said one sure way of motivating the men and women in uniform would be through constant promotion for deserving officers. In a statement availed to the Daily Nation yesterday, Mr Lifwekelo said it was not in order to keep deserving police officers in the same rank for more than five to 10 years. “Let us investigate why there is perceived corruption in the police service.
